At A Ceylon, we provide ongoing maintenance and support to ensure your website, application or digital platform remains secure, reliable and up to date.
Our maintenance services are designed to cover hosting, monitoring, security and operational support. Any new features, major content changes or development work are quoted separately.

Response time
Standard support response within 48 business hours.
What's considered a minor update?
Examples include:
- Updating contact information
- Replacing existing text
- Updating opening hours
- Replacing images supplied by the client
- Updating existing business information
These updates are included within reasonable usage.
What's not included?
The following services are not included in maintenance plans and will be quoted separately:
- New website pages
- New website sections
- E-commerce functionality
- Booking systems

Content & design
- New section — from LKR 2,500
- New page — from LKR 5,000
- Landing page — from LKR 10,000
Features & integrations
- Custom forms — quoted per scope
- Booking systems — quoted per scope

- CRM integration — quoted per scope
Custom development
All development requests are quoted separately based on complexity and estimated effort.
Project support period
Every project includes a defined post-launch support period (typically 30–60 days, agreed in writing) to resolve bugs and ensure everything runs as expected.
After the support period ends, ongoing care continues through:
- A maintenance plan — recurring hosting, security and monitoring
- A support package — a block of hours for ongoing fixes and small updates
- Individual change requests — quoted per scope as needed
Domain & hosting
Business Launch clients
Domain and hosting management are included as part of the active monthly plan.
Project clients
Domain renewal, hosting renewal and maintenance services are billed separately unless covered by a maintenance agreement.
Ownership
The client retains ownership of:
- Domain name
- Content
- Branding assets
Source-code ownership transfers to the client upon full payment of project invoices.
Cancellation
Business Launch Plans may be cancelled with written notice. Any applicable setup-cost recovery or minimum-commitment requirements will be governed by the signed agreement.
